Actions of Love
“I am the Lord Jesus, Son of God and Son of Man. We have given you many words on love and mercy, and you see our desire. You know that you must become tender hearted and that you must reach out unto a world in darkness. My people grow in love, but you still fail in your actions of love. The love that fills you must be sent forth unto others. You have been blessed, and it is time for my people to become more active in sharing their blessings and love with others. Declare these words unto my people, for these are words to help you to walk in the ways of love and to exhibit love unto those who are in need of the light of love within you.
1. Love requires action. Love requires ears that hear and eyes that see. Listen to the words spoken by those around you, and see with eyes of the spirit to see those who are in need of your actions of love. Love can be seen in words spoken and deeds done. What deeds of love do you complete each day and each week? Do you speak tender words of love unto others? Love that is seen and felt will increase the power of love within you.
2. Love can be seen by words of prayer. Prayer is your greatest power, but prayer needs to be rooted in love. Actions of love will increase the power of your prayers. Life’s experiences add to the depth of knowledge and also the depth of compassion and mercy. When you walk in the shoes of another, you feel and you know. Knowing is greater than feeling alone, for when you know the pain and sorrow of another your prayers of light will grow in power and fullness. Mercy shown is greater than mercy felt.
3. Love requires touch and contact with temples of flesh. I desire you to grow in spiritual love, but you are within temples of clay, and the flesh responds to love from the spirit that is shown and felt by the temples of flesh. Those who are sad need hugs of comfort and need to feel love’s embrace. Tears call unto you to comfort and to show actions of love. Soothing words and love’s embrace can heal the heart that is full of sorrow. Love is of the spirit, but the spirit within is affected by the temple of the spirit.
4. Spiritual love is greater than physical love, but most do not walk in the spirit. Someday you shall know the fullness of spiritual love. You feel our love through the spirit within, but we also use the power of the physical to reveal unto you the depth of spiritual love. Use the power of spiritual love to see and feel spiritual needs, but do not fail to fulfill physical needs. One who is hungry needs the power of spiritual love, and prayers of love and light, but the hungry also need physical food. The actions of love are to feed and heal both spirit and flesh.
5. Spiritual love will lead you to reach a greater depth of sorrow. Prayer from the spirit is sent forth without the barriers of the flesh, but the flesh helps you to know the pain and sorrow of others. Pain is spiritual and pain is physical. Grief and sorrow are spiritual, but they are also physical. Emotions are of the spirit, but the manifestation of emotions can be both spiritual and physical. Pain is physical, for you are a temple of clay, but pain can touch both flesh and spirit. Learn to feel the pain and sorrow of others by the power of the physical and spiritual realms.
– Small acts of love can change the spirit within-
6. Actions of love do not have to be grand in scale to change the hearts and lives of others. Small acts of love can change the spirit within. Actions of love feed the spirit within you and the spirit within others, for light gives power to light. Speak kind words; smile more; open doors for the weak and lift the burdens of another. Send cards and letters; remember dates of importance, and express love often. The actions of love need to be shown often and need to be consistently shown to those in need. Those hungry may need more than one meal; those in bondage may need more than one prayer.
7. Actions of love flow from hearts of goodness which are rooted in love. The condition of your heart affects the power of love and the actions of love. Be in and of the light. Seek my power of love to melt your stony hearts and give you hearts of love and softness. To show love you must feel love. The greatest love is spiritual love, for love which flows from the depth of the spirit will touch both spirit and flesh. Cry when others grieve, and feel sorrow when others are in need. Cry over sin and darkness, and let the heart of love and goodness lead you to get upon your knees to lift up those in need. Pray from the place of knowing; pray with hearts of love, and do the things that are needed to let all know the fullness of heavenly love.”
